  • Login
    • myLoyalist uses your Network (Active Directory) Login - the same one you use to sign in on a computer at the college or to access your mail.
    • Your username is in the format FirstnameLastname
    • If the login appears to stall for a very long time, it's possible you were already logged in and your session is still active. The portal has problems trying to process a login if one already exists. Try hovering over the Welcome menu in the upper right and clicking Home. If that doesn't work, please close ALL browser windows and try again.
  • Password Change
    • To change your password, use a computer at Loyalist College and press Ctrl-Alt-Del to launch the Windows Security panel and use the Change Password button.

  • Password Reset
    • You can unlock or reset your own network account quickly and easily.
    • Step 1 - Register
      • To help keep your account secure you can create challenge questions by registering here.
